Lessons will be held various times on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday Evenings (between 6pm to 9pm) and All Day Saturday and Sunday (between 9am-11am and 1pm-4pm). Private lessons may be schedule on alternate days/hours.

Please email the students age, experience riding (a brief description of a typical lesson and provide stable names if appropriate), phone number and days that work best for you. You can use this form (click here) to request to join a lesson. or email "info [at] cecweb.ca".

Minimum Age is 8 years old.

Alternate lessons for children under 8 years old are available, please call the office for details.

All riders (or a legal guardian if rider is under 18 years old) must sign the "Riding Waiver" form prior to handling and/or getting on ANY horse at CEC (ours or a boarders).

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT/CLOTHES:

Boots with a 1/2 inch heel and long pants must be worn.  An approved riding safety helmet - Some helments are available for use, but are limited in size/quantity.

Payment is by Cheque or Cash - payable before the lesson. We also accept PayPal (Credit Cards) with a 3% convenience charge added after applicable taxes.

Hard hats, with attached harnesses, MUST be worn at all times while riding. Boots or shoes with a small heel are required. (No platform or running shoes!)

Lesson Cancellations / Make-up Lessons:

You Must Notify CEC management (phone, email or fax) at least fourty-eight (48) hours in advance if a student is unable to attend a lesson, otherwise the lesson fee will be forfeited. Make-up lessons can be arranged, and must be within 30 days of the missed lesson date. Make-up lessons outstanding will not hold/guarantee a students place in a lesson - only a positive pre-paid balance of lessons will guarantee a spot!
