Noteable Changes:

- Dog are allowed on the property (just clarifiying this point)

- Smoking is allowed, in designated areas (just clarifiying this point)

Some minor changes have been made to the boarder agreement.  If you wish to sign a new one you may do so.  If you wish to take advantage of the yearly board rate, you will need to sign a new agreement.
